Hey, is there anyway to make a carousel of 10 or less active objects? I say 10 or less because the number will depend on the user

You could make it with one if you didn't mind animating a lot.

I know but first of all thats a lot of animations and second, its a load menu so its going to differ from user, so it cant be done in animations.

You can simply position objects according to SIN and COS functions around a focal point. Keep one variable for the "angle" of each object, and have them rotate in a circle around your point.

For example;
Xobject = Xmiddlepoint + cos(object.angle) * radius
Yobject = Ymiddlepoint + sin(object.angle) * radius
