Well, the two big things are a better (and more forgiving) damage system for Rovert when he gets injured, and what we're calling forward progress which means you can swing your weapons while jumping and you won't instantly fall straight downwards like a rock. It makes it easier to play overall.
Other stuff: bug fixes as always, I put the Vanilla mode back in the game that got cut in version 2 (there was no "normal" mode in version 2), high jumps require only 1 skill heart to jump instead of 2, some parts of the beginning were made easier, you start off with slightly more maximum skill hearts, etc etc..
By making the high jumps cost 1 heart instead of 2 (and increasing your starting max from 8 to 10), I've given new players 10 maximum high jumps right off the bat instead of 4 like before. Little things like this will hopefully help people along to the end, or at least further into the game so they can experience the better parts of it. That's the hope at least.

Well, it won't be any big groundbreaking stuff (I think) but for people who haven't played it yet it'd be cool to have the improvements as the norm instead of the 3rd try
