~ Hey iv'e been making custom platform for ages now, using fast loops and such. But i would like to know the most efficiant and managable way. including slopes/platforms/moving platforms, and all the different detectors left/right/up/down/slope/andMore maybe.. youknow the works. I work on engines alot, but ialways think "there must be a more efficiant way".. iv'e looked around, but i cant find the "ultimate platform engine" to get ideas from.

If anyone knows where i can find one, or have a look at theirs.. Or if you can give me any tips/ideas on here that'd be great, THANX!

The engine I use (for player and enemies) doesn't need detectors - which is a plus.

There's a version I made up just then, you can apply it to a qualifier and they will all have platform movement.

There isn't a perfect engine, and don't really know if there is an accepted 'best ever engine' anywhere since most people don't release their engines for their games publicly.

I can't make engines that handle slopes properly (yet).

~ Hey -Nel- tbh it as actualy just today i figured it out, ive just finished making the main part of my engine now.
Dunno if you'd noticed but i'd most probly let people in on my engines, unless it was very specific.
More power to the kilkers i say!
