I just got an e-mail froma Mark Perdue from Wiserep.com saying they're interested in selling my games and if I'm interested I should contact them. The e-mail doesn't go into any specifics but I wanted to ask around here if any of you know more about Wiserep.com or their practices. Or if this is more likely some sort of scam.

What's the license gonna be like for your games, especially seeing as how they're currently available online for free? What kind of % would you get on sales, and how much would they expect to sell them for?

Well, that's the weird thing. Every one of my games is already available for free and the one that isn't (Equin Village) nobody's interested in anyhow!
The e-mail threw me for a loop because I didn't expect anyone to want to sell somebody else's free games somewhere.

Mayby they meant, that they would sell your future games perhaps.

Looks fishy to me, kind of like one of those sites that pops up when you type in the wrong address... but still very interesting! How did the person find out about your games?
I sent him a reply asking for more info and a couple of days later there's still no response. I checked more into the website and it says I have to set up an account there for a one-time fee of $185 and $30 a month afterwards. What a load!
So after all of this it looks like it was nothing more than spam that didn't get detected in gmail's filter.

reminds of the sites that just put up peoples' click games without permission. Typically, the one game I ever finished is total crap (Stupid Ape) and that's the one to get spread all over the net
