how to retrieve current time of my computer in any string object?

I want to retrieve exactly the time that appears on the right bottom corner of a normal pc windows user.

Date and time object-

Start of frame- set seconds----- retrieve seconds
set minutes----- retrieve minutes

and so on... well that works for me, anyway >_<;;
