Im trying to make platforms that moves horizontaly or verticaly, but im having trouble with the vertical movement. Does someone knows how to make vertical moving platforms with the Platform Movement Object?

I don't think you can do that kinda effect with Pmo, so you have to go with custom movement.

Well I can't figure how... Mayby you can make horizonal movement with pmo and them making custom vertical movement. That is the only way in my opinion. But if verticality can be done with pmo, show some examples I want to see too!

I myself don't have a clue since I've never used PMO, but it should be possible with some custom events (and if necessary, notification to the object that the player's position somehow changed). Of course, the movement itself would then still majorly based on the PMO rather than "custom movement"...

I don't see why you can't use the PMO normally and add custom events for vertical movement.
