Setting the affinity of a CPU doesn't work since MMF games aren't multicore/CPU aware (I believe). Say you have a Core2Duo 2.5ghz and want to set the speed to say, a P4 2ghz or whatever and could emulate that speed realistically? You could try downloading Windows Virtual PC (it's free) and installing Windows on it.
