Is there a condition that can tell is the application in fullscreen or not?
Any extensions or something?

Just make a condition like Flag 1 is on ----> Maximize window. That way if flag 1 is on you know the window is fullscreen? Using Window Control extension... Im sure it can be done

My program now uses the window control exention and a global value for 3 different screen sizes. 1 is the smallest size, 2 is medium, and 3 is full screen. You can set the default to 3 for full screen and then to check screen size later on in the game just compare it to that global value.

mm it's not that but the game goes with atleast one of the event unneded, on each start. Since i saved it to ini file. But it's not much a problem.
