I have been wanting to use ogg or mp3s in games factory 2 and it doesn't support both of them. I hate to use wave files because they are so huge and bulky and if you try to compress them so they are about the size of an mp3, tgf2 wont read them. If you could help thanks!

You have to use .wav in TGF2 sorry.

Your thing to do is:
1. convert it to mono,8 bit, 22000 hz (This will be reasonably good sound quality and reduce the size 8X)

and

2. Tick "compress sounds" in the run time properties. (This will reduce the size 2-4X)

If you have Win XP, you can change the quality settings in "sound recorder" . If you have vista, you'll have to find another app as the Vista version is useless.

No, I actually like Vista, It does lot's of cool things like preloading your applications into your RAM before you even use them. Also, after getting so used to the nice search bar in the start menu, there is no way I could go back to XP. Most people who think Vista is no good are just quoting angry Linux loving nerds or worse, Mac zombies.

alright I tested It and it was a lot of help! Thanks! Oh sorry I didn't know.A lot of people say it sucks is what I mean't. But i guess those people are just idiots heh. Never have had mac but I never will. I think linux is just more mostly for people like computer engineers and java and crap (even though you can use java in windows).
