i seem to have lost a few events, the ones that have my rocket launcher guy shoot, i wanted to make some editions to them, but, they are no where to be found, even stranger they are still in effect, i checked global events, each frames events, and its behaviors, but still nothing, anyone know where they could have gone?

This happened to me! One of my early events has vanished from the editor but the event still works. There are no qualifiers, no global or behavior events to control it!

I'm not scared.

BTW, W3R3W00F, backup RIGHT NOW. Thumb drives are almost as unreliable as floppies in my experience, especially if you don't use hardware removal and just rip it out while it's still writing. Even if you do though, I've had them randomly scramble everything on me. Plus, they're easy to lose.

Are you sure didn't accidentally hide some events? The left upper corner should say "all the events" and not "some events hidden".

Either that or you were accidentally making events in an object's Behaviour.

VERY easy to lose! My thumb drives (the ones that I remember cuz all my crap is on them) Are made by Kingston And PNY. They're actually pretty good. Right now Flyte is F'in up so F'in bad. I added ONE animation to the enemy ship and I could damage it. I rarely got any bugs with MMF2, and They're popping up everywhere with dev. What's the difference besides features?!?! |:, Ugh. anyways back on topic.
I could probably use a CD instead. I'm sure that'd work better.

Right now I'd rather use MMF2, but it expired. I use dev for the time being cause that's what I resorted to- didn't have much of a choice.|:, I didn't actually find any bugs in MMF2(Then again I haven't been using it for long ).

Wait a minute, you bought dev and used the standard demo? O_o Or are you using the dev demo too? Dev shouldn't give you any troubles if Standard doesn't, since they are the same for the most part.

Mine happened in MMF2. One of the first lines of code for a frame was to move a bunch of objects to the left. But I added more objects that I wanted to do the same, only the line wasn't there anymore. Objects were still doing it, qualifier free ones at that. I know MMF, but didn't know it could do that!

OMC: I'm still using the dev demo. I'll be getting MMF2 for christmas. And Flyte's probably just giving me crap just because I made it. |:/

I know what you mean. I feel that way about BOM sometimes. If you really want to be serious about backing up, you can:

-Save multiple copies on your hard drive
-Back up your hard drive
-Save copies on external drive
-Save copies to thumbdrive
-Burn discs and mail them to Grandma
-Back them up on multiple online storage services
-Email them to yourself.

Alrighty, that takes care of backing up, sorry about the off-topicness.
