I didn't want to buy a microphone just to do voice overs and stuffs for games so I recorded my self saying the needed stuff, put it on window movie maker, turned it into an audio format, and published it. I tried importing the audio into Audacity to mess with it, but it wouldn't work. How do I change it into an Audacity compatible format???

Is it a WMV/WMA? Audacity probably wont take those. Try finding an app to convert WMA into something better and then throw it into Audacity. Quicktime with the Perian codec pack would do it.
