...or atleast heard of the Misfits? This is a video from the late '90's Graves-era version of the band; Michale Graves (throat), Jerry Only (bass), Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein (lead guitar) and Dr. C.H.U.D. (drums)
THE TYPE OF MUSIC YOU LIKE IS NOT THE TYPE OF MUSIC I LIKE YOU HAVE HORRIBLE TASTE I HATE YOU YOU ARE DUMB FOR LIKING THAT KIND OF MUSIC MY TASTE IS FAR MORE REFINED THAN YOURS.
Oh sorry, I was just trying to get the conversation sped up in the direction it will inevitably go.

Thanks... for your... wise words... I guess.
I actually have no real problem with that kind of music, I just can't stand screamo and that's what first came to mind when I saw these guys, even some of my favorite bands have some screamo in it so it's not even like that's a big deal. But yeah, good song. I liked it.
Ah they were originally, but the newer version of the band moved towards horror-punk which wasn't the same. I love all of their songs but think Graves is the better singer between him, Danzig (almost as good) and Joey (the current singer and not so good ).
I like the older Misfits better, but I guess the newer stuff is okay.
The first song I ever heard is Last Caress, and thats just because my brother was playing it.
Then I got hooked on them, and started listening to all kinds of punk music (The Adicts, The Clash, Sex Pistols, Operation Ivy, Lower Class Brats, etc..)
If anyone checks out any of those bands, I would recommend The Adicts, and look up the song Johnny Was a Soldier.
Me and my friend almost started a punk cover band like 3 years back.
Your just jealous that you're not as awesome as me.
(And my megaman avatar )
The Misfits are fine, but a lot of their stuff sounds the same. Not really worth purchasing an album :/

Most of my life, Misfits were just the band that did Die My Darling and Last Caress that Metallica covered on their very good album Garage Inc. and the band that had that skull as a logo -
Last year I had became more interesting in knowing the Misfits but I don't like them that much. The songs Metallica covered are quite good but the other stuff I could find on youtube etc. i didn't like so much. I was very impressed with one song though - i don't know which one, but it sorta changed between regular heavy metal to punk. Sounded kinda strange, but cool.
