Hi, I'm not sure if any one has done something like this before but if they have I can't find it. But I'm trying to do a suspension bridge type effect for my platform engine. Like in, Sonic when you went over some of the log bridges and they would bend under you.

I'm using the I'm using the platform movement object extension. The main thing is that I have no idea how to achieve what I'm trying to do. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a quick theory job but if you add all the bendable bridge pieces into a qualifier. Start of frame>set Value to current Y position of object. Whenever the player is colliding with the qualifier change its position to Value+5 (or however far you want it to move down).

Thanks, that helped a bit, it makes the bridge peaces go up and down. It's doing this thing where the ones that the player has stood on will not bob back up agen until he is no longer colliding with any of them. I'm going to try and fix that now.

Just one more thing, the peace that the player steps on should go down the full way, but the two peaces on ether side should go down half as much as the one your standing on. So that it has a nice bendy look. Anyway I'm going to keep working on it but any help would be appreciated. And thanks for the quickness of your reply.
