I fancy myself a decent coder, but the larger my project becomes, the sloppier it gets. I know exactly what the project needs, as well as how to code it logically. The only thing I need is someone who knows his way around MMF2 that I can work closely with to take my already finished code and rework a more efficiant engine from scratch, as well as adding the polish elements with me. I have no problem asking my individual questions on the code-it board, but in the long run that takes up too much time, and alot of the engine will be overlooked as certain aspects are unthough of unless working physically with the project.
This person must not have a problem with doing a horror theme. Sounds rediculous but I've already had a few people turn me down because of such. I have the current engine ready to PM to anyone who's interested, so let me know.
Sad how many people get deleted really. There should be a sister site of TDC, where the Klikers rejected by TDC can go, so that when they get banned from here, they can still contribute to the circle of knowledge.
It might not be as good as TDC, but if it had Phizzy, that'd be a plus right there .. that guy was wicked funny.
Did anyone see his site? .. LoL .. what a nut!
Note that this is not a plea for anyone banned to be brought back, I'm not disputing any decisions made, if you didn't take action then TDC may very well not be as good as it is today, and it's looking very well indeed with all the new polished games and open-source friendly folks out there willing to contribute to game developers skills and consequently wonderful games getting added to TDC everyday.
But yea, a secondary site where TDC outcasts can be visited would be nice.
Then they would still feel like a part of the community to a certain degree, yet not get in the way of TDC's progress.
