my print screen button is beeing poopoo. i have one of those laptops that has an fn button and it fn doesnt work. is there any alternative to using that stupid fn button?
My iMac's okay (it has F14, aka printscreen) but my Macbook only goes to F12 so I'm in your boat. Prolly could do with building a screenshot app using the Screen Capture extension in MMF2.
Well a program I personally use is SnagIt. In fact, I've become so atuned to using it that when I reformat and I go to press Print Screen (you can change the hotkey), I wait for SnagIt to open, because I forget that it was SnagIt that gave me the extra boost in flexibility when it came to not only taking screenshots, but turning the mouse into a marquee tool so I can select what I take a screenshot of and have that sent directly to the clipboard. It's real nice imho.
Don't get the newest version though, its developers are suffering from "We've established a base, now we need to ruin it with impressive graphics and decreased functionality and stability."

that would be nice, i cant get the object to work properly though... it looks like its taking a screenshot but no file comes out of it? weird.

ill have to check it out, seeing as how no matter what i do, that button wont respond. i decided to just do another video instead for the time being..
Lets you save an image of your entire screen or just a specific window. Also lets you automatically upload such a shot to imageschak with another key combo.

I hate it when that happens. Many great software programs have been ruined by that thinking. Oldversion.com FTW!
