I really hate how when you import a gif to an Active it doesn't use the speed you set up for the gif. I also find the lack of per frame speed changes aggravating. The only way I have changed the speed of a single frame is by doubling it. Anyone know of a solution I could use so I can keep my animations in game the same as they are in gif?

You could try the active picture object, but honestly actives are worth the extra trouble.
