just wondering, is it possible to make an application(.exe) that would play an external ogg file.
if so, how do i achieve this ?
just want to play the music track from an external file rather then including it in the exe.
do i need an extention to do this ?

If you're using MMF2 or MMF2 Developer as you say you are, then there should be an action in the Sound object in the Event Editor that allows you to play samples from files. You should be able to use that just fine.

He's right.
If you choose "Play file sample on a specific channel", you can make the path an expression.
