Edit: I'd also like to throw in the Pumpkin Gourge level from Medievil 1 for the Playstation One. By far one of my favorite games for the system. Sometimes while we're all waxing nostalgic over old Mario games, we forget that the good old Sonic games were not only fantastically fun, but had great music. I've been listening to orchestrated/pianified sonic music quite a bit lately.
