I've tried all I can figure out and if I set it to capture at start of frame it just creates this little bar in the top left and freeze my application and the only way to close it is to use the task manager. I tried setting it so it would start automatic capture after pressing C but it causes the same problem as the default start of frame capture. What am I doing wrong?

Anyone with experience in this app have any ideas? Oh and I'm using the developer version non HWA MMF.

In the ScreenCapture object's properties window, set it to "Trigered by an action" and untick "Show capture window".

In the event editor, set the filename(ex: Apppath$+"Temp\capture.bmp"), the area origin and the area dimensions and capture the Frame.
