I can't seem to get it to work when I make an executable file out of it.
Can someone please demonstrate that they can get it working and send the extension files to me? I've tried the ones I've found on the net but none seem to be working.

And I've already e-mailed the ones who made the extension about it, so I'm like going full throttle on this problem.

Found the solution by E-Mailing the author, you're gonna love this. 
Goto Application Properties > Image Filters > Uncheck "Automatic" Checkbox.
I couldn't find the solution for this ANYWHERE on the internets, I hope google picks this one up.
Adding afew keywords: Animated Picture object animPicture.mfx animPicture AnimatedPicture Extension Clickteam MMF2 MMF Vista.
