A LOT actually.

so i would love people to post what's wrong with clickteams software so they can IMPROVE and sell more copies.

1) the build in engines are just AWFUL. everyone knows this. those engines are from 1994- they came with KNP and haven't improved a single bit / didn't even get changed after 17 years - just wow, clickteam!

2) i dislike the fact I have to copy my code from frame to frame. IF I change something about the engine I will have to go into every frame again and copy and paste the events

just TWO examples. what's bothering you about clickteams software?

There is a global event editor.

My list is mostly not complaints about what's wrong. There are suggestions and ideas aplenty though.

I was just thinking yesterday that there should be a more centralized place for extensions. Possibly a built-in way to download them, rather than hunting the different databases and forums hoping to get lucky.

They don't have a built-in 3D engine.

A better global event editor. Last time I checked, it can't do reference objects with behaviors and it can't reference qualifiers. It also can't create or reference created objects.

Ability to modify qualifiers at runtime.

Ability to reference object behaviors, and be able to turn behaviors on/off using code not local to said behaviors.

Ability to create/call functions, without using an extension.

More action points for active objects; there should be no less than 4 action points per active object.

A global object library. If I flag an object as being global, then I should be able to see that object in the event editor without having to import it from another frame.

I think if certain people didn't pirate the software it would help a great deal, too.

The TGF2 Newgrounds edition needs multiplayer objects.
