My score on my first try through:
Final Score: 2887
Accuracy: 86.9%
I think my accuracy would have been higher but I wasn't sure what to do when some of the larger ships started spraying letters (later figured out I only needed to shoot the ones coming right at me).
I got bored and committed suicide after this, plus I have to leave home for a bit. Accuracy was 97% which is absolutely atrocious for me. 50-75% or more of my "errors" were from my keyboard not registering taps. The score is also god awful, but bad accuracy = bad score I guess since your 4x multiplier gets hosed.
Theres a game on Facebook that plays almost identical to this, except it's pages from books with a word on it, and you type the word out to keep the pages from getting to the bottom. Too many pages, you lose. It also has power ups you type out to use and the progression from very easy to extremely hard, is very smooth and quick enough to keep you from getting bored. In fact, it's very addicting.
I like this games concept, but something tells me it's a direct inspiration of a still much better game.
...under a lot of lag. Got bored of it by the time I died, though. There's a lot of better typing games.
