You could do it the old way (: I used to spend hours trying to capture Guybrush's or DOTT's characters through print screen, then "rotoscope" their walk-cycles in Animator. I felt accomplished when I finished, even (: Ridiculous, but this was like 16 years ago.

That reminds me of when I was a kid and wanted sprites of Rayman from Rayman for Game Boy Color, so I got in front of the computer and opened TGF and used the animation editor to draw what I was staring at on the GBC screen. The problem was that Rayman had an idle animation and pausing made him invisible... I got a lot of parts done but I've since lost that file.

yeh i read about those but i cant be the first person ever to use this so how come I can't find any sprite sheets on the net. I only find console games. I really want to study their animations.
