For some reason when I put a bunch of objects in a qualifier group (Some Active picture objects and some Active objects) it shows up as two distinct group in the event editor. I put them all in the Group Generic.1. But the two groups are named Group. Generic 1. Sprite and Group. Generic 1. Active picture.

Any idea why this happens? It's actually a problem because I want to spread a value in one group but there's two!

Nah, this has always been the case. You can't have different types of objects in the same qualifier group, because they'd have a different set of conditions/actions/etc. to work with.
When you try to group them under the same qualifier, they'll be further split into their distinct object types.

Hello!

I tried a little workaround and it worked for me:

Start of frame
-Spread value 0 in Group1
Start of frame
-Spread value (number of objects(Group1)) in Group2

Hope it helps!

Can't believe I never saw that before then.

Thanks for the help Akai_R. I Fixed it a different way. I actually didn't need to be using two different object types so just made them all Active objects lol.
