Is there any money in making apps for the iPhone, lets say, for an average selling game?

I'm pretty confident that one of my old games would be ideal for that platform and was wondering if someone would take it on (re-program in Objective C or whatever).

Thanks,

Dave S.

You'd have to get a fair bit of popularity just to get past apple's licensing fees

You can make quite a lot on the Android market. I've always been opposed to people selling off indie games for $20 or so, but people are making millions out of simple, but well-presented indie games selling for $1.

I've been looking for a little project to do for Android, but don't really have the time for it yet.
