Yesterday, Multimedia Fusion 2 Dev. was working correctly, but today it suddenly stopped working.
The object/extension list is empty. I tried to reinstall the program, fix the registry, reinstall the extensions, update, and the problem keep happening. Refreshing the list, or loading from a file doesn't work either.
Please, help me, I don't want to stop working on my projects due to a problem like this. :/
I just had this happen to me as well. Everything was working fine yesterday, but today, the Create New Object list was blank. Occasionally it would load a list of objects, but nothing but active/backdrop/quick backdrop could be created - everything else would turn up a "can't find (so-and-so).mfx".
Since everything was working literally just yesterday, on a whim, I set my clock back a few months and MMF2 went back normal.
Except for the fact that literally every other part of my computer started freaking out, because apparently Windows doesn't like it when the system clock is set differently than what the internet tells it. Firefox began complaining about incorrect security certificates (blocking me from a number of important websites like Twitter), my router kicked me off the internet, etc.
I've had MMF2 installed for years and this is literally the first time I've ever seen anything like this happen. Highly mysterious.
