Look at the URL now back to this forum post!

You may notice there is a screenshot in there in which the character 'Jamie' is on screen with an iPod. This is one of the mini-games in my upcoming game 'Frantic Fingers' (which is basically a significantly updated version of the Novaware: Clicked game Ben and I made ages ago but for iOS) which has the player rotate the volume circle of a iPod-like device.

This is clearly meant to represent a classic iPod. What I am wondering is if Apple may have issues with the use of a device that looks like an iPod included in the game. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation before? Please let me know. Any guidance or advice is much appreciated.

It doesn't feature the icons on the wheel thing, so I'd be a bit annoyed if apple rejected it because of the similarity. I've seen people get away with blatant GameBoy's in their projects with no problem, but this is Apple. Honestly I'd just not risk it, and alter the design slightly. But maybe someone else can give you better insight into this.
