i got one on a very old demo disc called ulead gif animator 2
its about 5meg. you should be able to dl it since its freeware

i added one, i even said it wasnt mine and gave the address to the guy who made it, plus its like 20kb (really small) but alas people still yelled at me so... I dont like helping people any more...
