Well theres the:
The Square fat 4 block one,
The long thin 4 block one,
The L shaped one with the 3 blocks in a row and one on sticking out of the side,
The one that I think looks like a duck. its like, 2 blocks across, one space down and 2 blocks across,
I think there is another one like that to, just blocks moved around a bit,
Theres the T shaped one.
Theres that stupid one that no one likes because it stuffs up your row,
Theres that one that you hit with your head to get a mushroom.
Theres that one that looks like a music note that you jump on a few times to get to cloud world,
and theres the 'p' wing that lets you fly through a whole level....
And thats all the objects in mario bros 3.
i had a little handheld that has two games. one was tetris and one was almost the same except it had all the possible shapes from one square to five squares i think mabye even six
Ah - sorry for posting this in wrong forum lol was originally meant to be a coding question, but i ended up posting that as a seperate post.
Dont want to make unique shapes, i think the people who made tetris pretty much got that one figured, to make different shaps you would have to use more than 4 blocks, and that would make it harder to fit them together.
I got ideas to make it kinda original, its been done before but i havent seen it on the daily klick, or even on the pc i saw it way back when on the amiga.
Have to see how it works out... if it ever looks anything like getting finnished i will post a preview at the moment im making it more as a way of learning GF than as a game, but thats how my last game started.
After little messing about my tetris has 2 shapes that fall rotate and do everything that tetris shaps should, it clears full lines does everything, so im kinda proud with myself
