I just checked my archives and I downloaded resourcepack1.zip on the 20th of May 2002 and still have it. In response to your request I've uploaded Tigerworks Resource Pack #1 it to: https://kliktopia.org/downloads/resourcepack1.zip and fixed the link at https://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=364 In terms of https://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=1595 I cannot find the 48 examples (bigpack.zip) and so have tagged it as [LOST_MEDIA].
