theres a SDK(I think thats what it's called) on click team web site, and you need to know C++,
if someone makes a extension Maker that'll be kool

You can make them in C++ and you can make them in VB, another thing you can do is make .ocx s which are active x files. You can use them in MMF.

Visual Basic won't technically make "extensions", but on the part of Active X, Andy Assault is right.
