dont worry i know how to use DMC2 but on my level the wave is louder than the mp3 playing. i have tried the dmc2 volume for stream, sample and module which was no good. then i tried the mixer object but that reduced the volume for the wave AND mp3 but i just want the wave quiter. any1 know answer?

What Fishhead said, but also don't use the mixer object. It doesn't work for most new sound systems. Go to clickteam and download the volume object for changing volume levels.

oh well. stage2 of my game has to have loud rain sounds and low Mp3 music which sucks. Stage 2 is rainy mountains and i used radiohead (tune no voices) music for it. i dont know how to create my own music (got music creator but how to use i dont know) so until I learn more I have to use other music, im sorry.
