Im looking for something that let users upload own bmp file or something to use in the game. Is there any extensions or something?

you can use the FTP object to upload the file... as for downloading and using in the game, download using the FTP object then display it using an active picture object. the active picture object cant read directly from the web, so you have to do it the hard way.
