This is a message from Turtle Buster:

I have, within the last month, become the soul panorama artist for an indepth RPG game. I have the job of creating, from scratch, an entire background for every map in the game. Tiles will not be used, and the game is freemoving, so my job is very demanding. As of these last few weeks i've come to realize that there is no way I can possibly draw and color every map on my own. That's where you might come in. I am looking for someone who can devout themselves to making lineart (640x480, the game has no zoom, for the point of enhancing visual) for many various locations and maps. I will be coloring them, although both of those positions are tentitive and can be reversed if need be. For an example of my work and the work that coloring that will most likely be seen througout the game, check this link:
http://turtlebuster.avalanchestudios.net/TitleExampCOLOR.PNG
Our staff includes a very compitent programmer, an equally amazing mp3 composer and an awesome sprite artist.
The game is coded in C++, 640x480 maps are used for maximum effect, large, well drawn 70x30 sprites will be used and entirely original music will grace the project. Much of the work is done, in the areas of Music, skeletal coding and story/plot so this game has already begun to roll. In order to keep moving foward at a reasonable pace, an additional bg astist is necessary to lighten my load. If you're interested, contact me on msn (royalbuster@hotmail), or post here. You will be expected to proved a plain black and white lineart scenario (640x480)to demonstrate your ability. Thanks

And what point are you trying to make? You just gave us a quote with no instruction at all. I'm really confused.

Why not code it in TGF or MMF? It's fairly easy to make an RPG in either of them...you just have to know how to code what you want.

Well hi, everyone. The reason i didn't post this myself is because this was moved (by Darksun/Anthony) for me from his forums.
The game is made in C-script because there is virtually nothing that cannot be done in in that language, and this game will require some very advanced processes.
For additional game information (i'm not going to give detailed information about the gameplay/story in a public thread)and you can email me at royalbuster@hotmail.com, you can find me on msn at the same address. If you're willing to be a part of our staff, we will give you all the information you need to realize our project's potential, and what exactly you're job is. Preferably, you should send a black and white lineart picture (640x480) to my address. It should be a scenery image somewhere along the lines of LoM/SF2/ToD2 but feel free to elaborate or spice it up with any style that you think benefits the image. and... next time, no triple posting, alright?

No....and I don't know C++ either. It just seems that most of the stuff I'd want in an RPG can be coded in TGF.(battle systems,(turn based, real time), inventory(currently has 9 "slots" in my RPG, but you can pick up backpacks to hold more), stat systems(This is easy...), chat dialogs with options, etc.) Except for that DII inventory I haven't figured out how to get into my RPG, the rest of it is all quite possible. If it can be done in TGF, MMF can definately handle that...so stop making us shoot in the dark, and post some info about this game, other than requests for help...you mentioned a thread, but I see no link to it...and your profiles contain no link to a website either. Give out some information about this mystery game and maybe more people will be interested.

Why are you posting a new topic here about C++ when this is a click forum? That's what I REALLY want to know.
