maybe try and give a DC mail to the creator of PacMan Worlds to find out. Its his game and im sure the creator will be pleased to answer your question

The DMC2 object uses Bass.dll, and probably a few other music-related extensions do as well.

What you need to do is download the DMC2 extension. It includes the bass.dll. Put the dll into your Windows folder. That should sort things out.
