Is it possible to get a image from a URL then use it your game, say for example as a avatar or something??

with the active picture object, you select the directory of the image, so maybe if you put an url it would work

wait a minute! there is an article about the calldll object and it says that the bass.dll is capable of downloading and playing mp3 files so then it must be possible for it to download picture files

if you have MMF you can use the ftp object to store it locally while using it with the picture thing
