If you were told you had to make a new byte up, what would it be? It has to be over the Gigabyte (GB).
Put both the initials & the full name. Example Kilobyte (KB)

Here I'll start it all up.
Bazooka (BB)

It would most likley be based around a technical term, and/or a mix of technical terms. Like 10baseT wire, the 10 stands for 10 Megabites persecond. Base for baseband. T for twisted pair. How GIG got made up, I dont know. But for making it up for the hell of it, I would say like... DECabyte.

Ok, I'm not going for answers that make sence, I'm looking for fun. Fun as in a byte like Diper Byte (DB)

Sorry to go all technical, but the terms above GB are:

TB (Terabyte)
PB (Petabyte)
EB (Exobyte)
ZB (Zetabyte)
YB (Yottabyte)

Hopefully we'll have thought up some better names than those by the time we get around to being able to use them.

I'd just call it a Mehabyte, patent the name, and get £1 every time someone mistyped Megabyte.
