Hey i was "surfing" the "web" one day and found this knp game that was a megaman scrolling tutorial. First of all the scrolling in that game was so good! In mr malibus when u go further into the level it deletes all the objects unback of you right so you cant walk back right? Well in this tutorial when u run around with megaman he can go aall the way back to the beggining of the level even if hes on the opposite end. Plus theres more!... the game also includes a "swap-pallet enigne" that lets you switch the guns on megaman and his colors. Plus it has a chargeing up tutorial too in KNP i will post on my website soon. I didnt make this game though.

Hard for some people to move on; my little brother still uses KNP, finally starting to use MMF though... it's so similar yet so different so the transition can be rough. For others it's just an issue of cost.

heh I made some scrolling game in knp too a long time ago...it was fast, had big backgrounds, paralax scrolling and was VERY boring.

I use TGF and switching to MMF is hard. I got it like a month ago, used it one day and couldn't stand dealing with the interface. I should go back to it though, I hear once you get used to it it's very easy. Oh yeah, and that's cool that its possible to do scrolling in KNP, though it was so long ago when I used it I can't remember much about KNP.

tgf is fine for me at the moment
and if i really wanted to add parralax or proper fullscreen then i could ask a mmf owner to add it.

Yeah, I used that knp scrolling technique when I had knp, but its worth getting tgf or even mmf, cos its much better!

I made a scrolling platformer with a parralelex background in TGF.
Unfortunatelly the actuall game sucked hard.Not cool.
