Ok, some of you may have seen iPublish my upcoming editor, and some even saw it in action at the CC 2003, as its release is closing in, one of its sidebar panes has been deemed as "obsolete" (as its easier to use the toolbar which is like 10-20 pixels up on the picture)

Now the problem is, what should replace this? What feature would you find useful if i put it there, a more detailled overvew of iPublish >> Its a HTML editor (yes....yes...) using XHTML and HTML compliant standards, featuring plugins, fast tag insertion, macros and tag autocomplete, i cant say it all cos it'll take ages

Just a few ideas from you lot

Robbie says:
you could make a system that determines the most common tasks the user uses
Robbie says:
and then put buttons there based on that

Do you even have to put something there at all? If you do, why not just good old fast tags?
