In MMF1.5, yes. Not sure about lower versions of MMF.
To do this, select 'hot spot' or 'action point', and you should get two text boxes just above the picture in the pic editor. As you drag/move the point, the coordinates update in the boxes.
To update them manually, type your new X and Y positions in each box, and press ENTER. This should place your point at the correct position.

lol, yeah, because you never press enter at any other time when you want to validtae data.like when you type a message on MSN or an address into IE. it should just change it for you without you having to go to the bother of pressing enter!
anyway, use your numberpad to place the objects in various locations... e.g. 7 is top left, 5 is center, etc.
the old 3ee active object thingy for TGF could do that..
