I don't really know why I'm posting this here, but I'll give it a shot:

When Logging in to my FTP account, it connects ok etc.. the Password and Username are recognised, but then everything stops with an error: "No Socket"

Thats all it says, now I've searched for help everywhere, read through all help sections of the software, but nothing has worked, so i'm coming to you guys for help..

I personally suspect some sort of corruption within the account but want to see other peoples opinions first, so PLEASE help!

Try enabling Passive FTP. Or if it's enabled, disable it, since it might just be the server saying it doesn't support it.

Failing that, give ftp.cdrom.com a try and see if you have the same problem.
