A long long long while ago, I decided to make a platformer called Testimony, in the form of a platform RPG actually. But at the time I was relatively inexperienced at coding.
But here's whats been happening behind the scenes at Euphoric Rush the last couple of weeks. There are three videos in this small package, and they all demonstrate my new project: Testimony!
However, I've decided to make it more of a platformer than anything else, and I haven't worked too seriously on it either. It's just to motivate me to start a new project when Mr Stumps Dentures is done, and I feel that time is coming very soon
So, take a look at these three .avi files, compressed into a zip file which is less than 1MB. Please give helpful comments

i think we can safely say that circy has single handidly conquered the world of outlined graphics! they look good. the bit where he grabbed the rope looked cool too, and that paralaxing looked very spiffy. all in all, i like the look of this.
Well, possibly, and I tried using outlines just one pixel thick, but, I dunno, I guess they just ended up looking rather basic.
For me, I just want to get a style distinguished. When I first started the graphical style, it was original at the time (Eric Vaughn started it, and passed his help onto me - he and I were the only ones who used the style). Now everyones using it, in much the same way that cel-shaded graphics are over-used since Jet Set Radio.
Anyway, I might release an engine test to a select few (I think the small video doesn't do the graphical style any justice, to be honest), so they can see for themselves And the level included probably won't make the final game.

i think you can all agree that you'd recognize a game made by circy straight away simply because of the graphics.
I'm a big fan of Circy's distinct graphical style. It strikes me as rather professional, despite what most other people seem to think. It's a good thing Circy's sticking with it, because it is his signature style and everyone needs their own point of difference. By the way, it's looking good Circy. Now go finish MSD!
lol the final level on MSD is virtually finished. Just need to do the boss, add a couple of extras, tidy the game up, send it off for beta testing, and BOOM! You have one finished game
