Kramy Registered 08/06/2002 Points 1888	10th February, 2004 at 01:13:10 - I have a freeware midi making program. It was designed for windows 95, but should work fine on other versions of windows. Only problem is the helpfile is useless unless you already know how to make midis. I'd rate it low on the quality end compared to linux midi makers, but that's what you get when you don't pay for it...unless you have a Linux. Edit: I'll upload it somewhere if you want it.
