I d'loaded a game called Last Defender that utilized a gamepad with 4 buttons. I would like to incorporate this feature into my games. I was told that the Joypad Extension allows up to 32 buttons. Well.........I tried to use it.....but it doesn't work at all. I insert the object into the game and it is there...but it has no image at all on the playing field. I try to assign instructions to it via the Events Editor and it can be selected but right clicking brings forth ZERO options. The Event Editor has no commands listed under it, so it's useless! Please help! I would really like to use this extension so I can implement joypads into my games. It beats using the standard 2 button format. B/sides it's very complicated to program everything around 2 buttons. Any help pertaining to how to use the joypad extension is appreciated. Please no comments about how everyone doesn't have a gamepad with more than 2 buttons. This game is intended for those that have more and I am on a tight schedule and would like to finish 75% of the game this week if I can help it. Thank you very much. BTW, I'm not using an Analog controller. Just a Saitek P150 and it does work well with The Last Defender. Thank you very much for your suggestions that are on topic.

Hello? [Voice echoes into the distance] It's so quiet. Lol. [Laughs reverberate into the enveloping thickness of the night] Maybe Fear is running rampant in the spacious halls of decadence this very moment. Be brave ye who dare to enter for Fear is a travesty that sinks her teeth into the very life veins of its victims. Only a skilled veteran can contribute to her gruelling death. But where are they? Crusading for the Holy Grail or hunting the Questing Beast? What monastery has Sir Lancelot spun his prayers? What chapel cherishes Lady Guinevere's undying love? And in what tower does Merlin's wisdom rot away? May those with wisdom share it. To those with a witty tongue, spare it. Who hordes the keys to unlock Fusion's extended joypad? With 32 buttons versus the meager 2, why blame default on a simple rube? Whose knowledge of Fusion's power slim compared to TGF, her former kin. Of those who know the truths strengthen my bones, so at last Harmonius II can resume her toll.

have you tryed to do a general value? such as what i use the analog joystick one:
raw X value >= 1
>>>set speed to raw X value and set direction to right

raw X value <= -1
>>>set speed to (raw X value*-1) and set direction to left

so on and so forth
