How many of you people would be interested if there was a site that focussed on making free website designs for non-commercial hobbyists, like people in the click world? Obviously sites would be at a professional standard.
Sites would come with a piece of software specifically designed to edit the HTML where necessary, so you could update the site content for re-uploading without having to type a word of HTML/Javascript/CSS.
It would also handle limited database functions for those who can't get a PHP-enabled server.
I'm just kicking ideas around right now, but how many of you who don't have sites, or whose sites just suck so badly, would be interested? I don't need money from them, since it helps me enough just in building a portfolio.

Sure. I haven't updated my site in so long, and I don't want to really study web design right now: too lazy . Would be really cool to get my site going.

You mean like free templates that you design and a program that edits certain lines for you so they can customize the template how they like (without seeing the raw code)?
Cool idea for somone with no html knowledge.

Hmm...my problem is more making the designs look good, not getting the designs to go where I want.
Good idea though.
