I'd use Snagit, there are probably alot better tools out there... Just search for 'screen recording' tools I'd guess...

Well I use Camstudio, and the game needs to be in a small a window as possible, to get the maximum speed. If you have a very fast computer, you can capture the image with no slowdown... ie:
