Another small tip for people who may not know. Basicly, if you want to avoid the "hassle" of including the CNCS232.dll file with everything you want to go public with, just create your game in a Project, then build the CNCS232.dll file right in the project, this way the game can play without the CNCS232.dll file being on the computer, because the infomation in the DLL is build right into the game!
I think that's what Clickteam had in mind for people to do
also, there's a program called PEBundle which can pack DLLs into your exe. That's handy if there's a risk of incompetant people trying to download your game

As much as it pains me to say this, but do you know where you are? Besides sarcasm, incompetance (probably spelled wrong, but meh) is the most prolific thing here.

"incompetent" is the correct spelling.
That's a neat little trick, though it's better just to include it in a separate file so that people don't have to download 200kb or so extra for something they already have.
See, told it was wrong, I'm just too lazy to even attempt getting my dictionary working right, it got corrupted during one of my "And now watch as Shab crashes Mandrake in less than 10 seconds" incidents.
