Before you read on be aware that I have no 'prizes' to offer anyone who takes part in any of these competitions, I am but a poor school pupil...
Anyway, I had a few ideas for some mini competitions that should appeal to everyone, whether you're a MIDI dude, spriter or coder.
Competition 1
=============
MIDI - You have until 21st April to make the most sorrowful, sad and tear jerking MIDI you possibly can. The MIDI's must be over 20 seconds long...
SPRITES - You have until 21st April to make the 'cutest' sprite you can. It can be any size...
CODE - You have until the 21st April to write the most amazing, spellbinding 320x200 resolutioned graphical display possible!
Ok, let's see if anyone's interested... I sense the whole 'no prizes' thing will put a few people off...
(post links to files, images etc. here... I hope I'm allowed to say that's ok?)

Does it count if I use Microsoft Music Producer to make the MIDI? (Think Fruity Loops, for lazy people)
