I am currently developing an app/prog/game using mmf, I am a one man team and my ambition is to create basicly a mix of a tamagothci/digimon/sims/neopet/chao into one program. This program has one twist you can train or what ever you character and put him into a supported game, and earn skill point or what ever. It is going to be both online and offline based, supporting a database which holds all the player data and can be accessed anywher as long as you have a username and password. You can also take your 'GUY' with you offline on a disk or how ever you like and play with him/her offline as long as you update the file every 90 or so days.

But the problem is that i am still a one man team and i need help, even suggestions but more so a development team.
Please if you would like to find out more please dont heasitate to ask me and post a request in the forums to join the team or post your comments/suggestions and questions.

So head over to http://auranova.ngcforums.com or email me at auranova@ngcforums.com

You know what you really need. Evolving Characters.
If you want your "Guy" to look like Neopets somewhat you
could have it so the jointed character has a smooth
look over multiple parts that walk and stuff.
Don't ask me how to do it.

Sorry, can't say I can help you.

All I say is people like it when you can:
A:Abuse your pet, blood is good, especially if your pet doesn't care.
B:Let him walk on the bar. That way you can deal with him while surfing
the internet/ playing a game.

You know, you might want to create a system where you can brutally
murder your pet for fun, then maybe reload.

-Above post is ancient and probably irrelevant-

An old account of mine, recently cleared out. It's a blast to the past, the age was marked as 14 when I found it. If you know where to look, you can track me. Au revoir.

Well as for evolving characters, we'll see. And as for abusing characters, up to you.
These ideas a great but please put a copy on the offial site also, please.
I will soon try to complete a FULL feature list, but things to look out for are MySQL character database, MSN integration.

Here are some Links for you people to take a look at.

Hmm, sounds like a big project. Jamagic would probably be ideal for such a thing, since MMF is aimed at being almost the only app running.

I don't know much about mySQL, but you can use MooSock to send data to a php script, which can interact with mySQL databases.

I'd worry about the actual game first, before you do anything with PHP. It's not something you can just leap into, you'd have to learn the syntax first
