ey all..
I'm new around here.
I work profesionally with game development but I find it a bit frustrating not to be in creative control over the development so I'm going back to my roots, where my game development interest began. Last time I visited The Daily Click it only had around 50 titles under Downloads.. It's abit larger today I see :]

I'm going to order Multimedia Fusion next paycheck so I have a couple of questions..

1) How different is MF compared to TGF?

2) Do you guys got some _kickass_ games made with mf (or any other clickteam products) I can download for some inspiration. I guess I'm looking for visual beauty over gameplay ^^

Thanks alot guys! Happy clicking..

Hi, Welcome Back

Just for my own interest, which company do you work for developing games?

To answer your questions.....

1. MMF 1.5 works the same way as TGF. All the editors still exist (Storyboard, Frame Editor, Event Editor, Picture/Animation editor etc) as well as a new Timeline editor. The only difference is MMF is packed with a whole bunch of new features, including many new objects that people have been asking for, new features that improve performance and usability, and so on. Tigs wrote an article about it ages ago..... http://www.create-games.com/article.asp?id=109 (wow, looking at the date that WAS ages ago!)

2. There's heaps... The downloads section now contains a system so you can view how popular a game is based on votes (it will display a "thumbs up" if it's good, along with the average percentage it has received. You can also check out the "Game of the Week" to see which games were rated the highest on a week-by-week basis (the link is in the top menu).

I hope this answers your questions, and I hope you enjoy Kliking and DCing

Mike

And for a happy tingling feeling, fondle your genitals.

Show me the power child,
I'd like to say,
That I'm down on my knees today,
Gives me the butterflies,
Gives me away,
'Til I'm up on my feet again,
I'm feeling outshined.
